Driving technical teams to find new levels of excellence and performance in solving bidding’s most wicked problems.

Synthrics was founded in Melbourne, Victoria, in 2025 to accelerate the much-awaited AI revolution in bidding. Built by a team with the perfect blend of internationally proven pursuit and capture expertise and the latest technical know-how and smarts.
Across Australian regulated sectors, an estimated $2 billion in contract value is lost annually to compliance-based bid disqualification. And most companies lose 80% of the bids they go after. Synthrics was founded to become the tender response platform of choice for Australian and New Zealand bid teams in regulated sectors.
